On December 5, BMTC had the opportunity to meet with Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) and his staff to discuss the growth of a robust domestic battery industry. BMTC applauds and thanks the Senator for his leadership in championing the development of a North American battery supply chain, from mining and processing to manufacturing and recycling. As Chairman of the Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee, the Senator ensured critical minerals and batteries were at the forefront of our energy and national security priorities. These efforts secured investments and policies that support the industry today and for the future.
